Ribbon Bookmarks

After scrolling through Pinterest a few days ago, I came across a really cute idea for a ribbon and felt bookmark - so naturally I decided to make my own version of what I'd seen.

The pin I found:

cute cloud and raindrop felt bookmark:

Here's my version of the creation:

I went upstairs after seeing this with the intention of replicating the bookmark, but I saw the ribbon that I got from a ceramic Costa mug and decided to create a coffee themed bookmark (seemed appropriate knowing I was reading Connor Franta's memoir)

Not only did I upcycle the ribbon, I also upcycled an ugly bracelet I found in my room and added the wooden beads to the bookmark.

A tutorial on how to make your own ribbon bookmark collection will be up soon. :)

(Seasons) Greetings

Hello, and welcome to my new blog PhoebeCrafts. It's extremely likely that you haven't heard of me before and that's completely understandable - my last blog was pretty invisible, mostly because I rarely posted tutorials and even when I did, they weren't weekly posts.

But with the new year approaching rapidly, I thought I'd create a brand new blog to help add fuel to my creative fire and also to inspire creativity in you, the reader (if there are any of you out there...)

Just in case you were at all interested, I have some artsy-craftsy tutorials on my other blog thelilaczebra.blogspot.co.uk/ and for even more creative ideas you can follow my Pinterest page:

                                                   Visit Phoebe's profile on Pinterest.

As this is a personal Pinterest profile, you will end up being bombarded with more than just sewing/art ideas should you choose to follow it, but you can follow the official PhoebeCrafts Pinterest profile here:

Tutorials soon (I promise this time)
